Appointment requests
Appointments are not confirmed until A.L. Automotive Services accepts the request and communicates the date, time, and location.
Rescheduling or cancelling
If your plans change, please call or message us as early as possible at (404) 507-2775. We will work with you to identify another available appointment.
Arrival times
Mobile service times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, parts delays, or unexpected vehicle conditions. We will communicate significant scheduling changes when practical.
Fees
There is no automatic cancellation or no-show fee stated in this website policy. Any appointment-specific deposit, nonrefundable special-order part, or cancellation arrangement must be separately disclosed and accepted before it applies.
Preparing for service
Make sure the vehicle is accessible, parked in a safe location, and that we have any gate or parking instructions needed for the visit.
