Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. A.L. Automotive Services is a mobile service business. We travel to suitable customer locations in the Atlanta metro area, subject to scheduling, access, and safe working conditions.
How much does a diagnostic appointment cost?
Our standard diagnostic visit starts at $140. Any additional testing, special procedures, travel considerations, or repair costs will be discussed before you approve them.
Will you repair my car on the same visit?
Some repairs can be completed during the initial visit. Others require diagnosis, parts ordering, specialized equipment, or a follow-up appointment. We will explain the next step.
Can I supply my own parts?
Contact us with your vehicle information and the parts you have. We can discuss suitability and any limitations before accepting the job.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong with the vehicle?
No. Describe the symptoms and we can help determine whether to schedule a diagnostic visit.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Use the Request Service button, or call or email us. Service requests are subject to confirmation and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, and card payments through Square are accepted. Your estimate or invoice will identify the amount due.
Do you offer emergency roadside service or towing?
We are not a towing provider. Contact us about the situation so we can determine whether mobile diagnostic or repair service is appropriate.
What if the repair costs more than the estimate?
We will discuss material changes and request your approval before performing additional work.
Where do you provide service?
We are based in Mableton and serve portions of the Atlanta metro area. Availability depends on location and the type of repair.
